Isle of Orleans - Beaupré Coast Tour
Discovering the city’s surroundings is essential to understanding the deeper culture of Québec, which was mostly rural until recently. On this country tour, we take you to the gorgeous Montmorency Falls as well as the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica, the second most important pilgrimage center in Canada. We then tour a portion of the Isle of Orleans to visit Sainte-Pétronille village, as well as a brief introduction to St-Pierre and St-Laurent. On the way, we stop at different workshops, boutiques, and/or producers to discover what the island is famous for : its food and its long-established culture, which has inspired so many Québec artists to create songs, books and legends... A mythical island for us, well worth the detour, providing a deeper sociological understanding and quite pleasant for the taste buds as well. This tour takes 5 hours.

Québec City Religious Tour
Québec was born largely on religious foundations. Today, although a little known fact, a very large portion of the walled city is still owned by religious congregations. We will take you on a fascinating path through this part of the city’s lesser known history which represented the backbone of Québec’s culture until the 1960’s and still can be felt today in our language and our social ways. This tour takes 2 ½ hours.
