I am an experienced licensed tour guide with more than 30 years of expertise in the tourism industry. Before dedicating myself fully to guiding, I completed a Master’s degree in Sociology at Université Laval here in Québec City, a background that deeply enriches the way I interpret and share the city’s society, culture, and historical evolution. I love all things Québec City, from the major historical facts to the lesser-known nooks and crannies, its hidden stories, buildings, alleyways, and the social fabric that shaped it. Québec City is nothing less than the cradle of French civilisation in North America, where the French developed in ways different from their cousins in Europe. Sharing this outstanding culture and history has been my professional mission since 1996, when I began working as a Québec City guide after receiving my tour license.
